"Goodnight, Sleep Tight" introduces us to five different aircraft characters: passenger carrier Clay, fire plane Jake, crop duster Dan, air ambulance Andrew, and jet plane Jane. They each have their own special job to do, but they also need their rest at the end of the day, just like humans.

The rhyming text is complemented by Do Thai Thanh's illustrations. This is a lovely book for young children, especially boys. Be sure to read it together out loud, as the kids will have fun making the airplane and helicopter noises. I was glad to see there was a female character in there as well.

A great addition to any home or school library.
